Refund & Return Policy

We want you to receive your products in good condition and as described on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the shipping package

  • Photographs of the product

  • A description of the issue

  • Any other information requested by our support team

We will review the request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, return, refund or other appropriate resolution.

Return Eligibility

A return may be accepted when the product is eligible for return and meets the applicable return conditions.

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, returned products should generally be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Complete with accessories and documentation

  • In resalable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged through misuse or used contrary to the manufacturer's instructions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
