Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.
If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
Orders may also be cancelled by ALCON ELECTRICAL SUPPLY AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED where necessary due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, suspected fraudulent activity or other legitimate reasons.
